If you have any other questions or concerns about the process, please don't hesitate to reach out. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

How much does therapy cost?
The current rate is $200 per 60-minute session. Payment is due on the day of the session.

Do you accept insurance?
Insurance is not accepted at this time. Clients are responsible for the full session fee on the day of the session.

Can I submit my session fees to my insurance?
Yes. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan's benefits and is not guaranteed.

What is your cancellation policy?
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full session fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover. A secure card is kept on file per the cancellation policy.

What is included in the initial consultation?
The first session explores the reasons you are seeking therapy and your goals. It is a chance for you to share what's on your mind, get a feel for the approach, and decide whether it's a good fit.

Do you offer virtual therapy sessions?
Yes. Telehealth appointments are available for all California residents, including EMDR sessions conducted online.

Where is your office located?
The office is at 2625 Townsgate Rd, Suite 330, Westlake Village, CA 91361, just off the 101 freeway. Free parking is available directly in front of the building, and elevators provide ADA access.

How long is each therapy session?
Each individual session lasts 60 minutes. The time is structured yet flexible, with space for open conversation and steady progress toward your goals.

How will I know if therapy is a good fit?
After the first session you'll have a sense of whether you feel comfortable and whether the approach aligns with what you're looking for. We check in early about how you're feeling and whether to continue.

Do you see clients from Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, or Calabasas?
Yes. The Westlake Village office is minutes from Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, and Oak Park, and many clients commute from across the Conejo Valley and greater Los Angeles.

Is EMDR right for me?
EMDR is well suited for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and distressing memories that feel stuck. The best way to find out is a first session, where we review your history and goals and decide together.
